Quality Care provides compassionate, non-medical in-home care services to individuals and families across New Mexico. We help clients maintain their independence and dignity while receiving the daily support they need.
How it Works
Quality Care provides a trained caregiver, or we can arrange for a family member or friend to be your caregiver. We offer two options:
Delegated
We hire, train, and supervise your caregiver for you.
Directed
You choose and manage your own caregiver. We handle all billing and paperwork.
In both options, your caregiver can be a family member or friend.
Who Qualifies?

Must be 21 years of age or older

Must have full Medicaid coverage

Must meet medical necessity requirements
