Free services for children with full Medicaid and a qualifying medical condition.

The Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic, and Treatment (EPSDT) program provides comprehensive and preventive health care services for children under age 21 who are enrolled in Medicaid.

Qualifying Conditions

If your child has full Medicaid coverage and lives with one of the following conditions, they may qualify for FREE in-home care services:

Autism
Down Syndrome
Intellectual Disabilities
Paralysis
ADHD
Other Medical Conditions

How it Works

Call Us - Contact Quality Care to see if your child qualifies for EPSDT services.
Choose a Caregiver - Select a family member, friend, or we can provide a trained caregiver for your child.
Start Receiving Care - Your child receives the care they need at home, and the caregiver gets paid up to $17/hour.
