Who Qualifies in New Mexico
Individuals may qualify for personal care services if they:

Have full Medicaid coverage

Need assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Have a physical disability, developmental disability, or medical condition

Are elderly and need in-home support

Are approved for services through Medicaid programs

Have a child under 21 who qualifies for EPSDT services
